Authors, keynote speakers and delegates are attending this conference with the common aim of hearing about the latest developments in the field and will be keen to learn about your technology and services. The conference is expected to attract close to 400 attendees, which will ensure that the event has the buzz you need to generate interest in your products.
The DSC 2019 will take place in Strasbourg, France in the conference center.
The exhibition area is located close to the different conference rooms and integrates the breaks/lunch area. For more information, please see the attached floor map.

Booking terms & conditions
Payment is by bank wire transfer. Please ensure all invoices are paid in full by July 31st 2019. A VAT receipt will be issued upon request.
Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, set-up, maintenance, dismantling, insurance and security of their own exhibition stand at the conference. Exhibitors are also responsible for ensuring the arrival of any materials sent by courier or mail.
Your Exhibitor’s package includes
- One stand, with electricity
- One table, two chairs
- Distribution of a brochure or advertising material of the exhibitor in the attendee’s pack is available on request
Attendee pass: option to purchase attendees passes with a 50% discount on the full conference registration fees
In option, an equipped booth can be requested (40 € / m²) including walls around the booth, red carpet on the floor, LED lights, and a printed sign with your company name. Some examples can be seen on the picture below.
Please note that each indirect exhibitor will add an additional fee of 50% of the booth prize
Deadline for exhibitor registration: July 31st, 2019
- If you wish to cancel your booking before July 31st 2019, there will be a 50% refund.
- If you wish to cancel your booking after July 31st 2019, there will be no refund.
- If you pay after the deadline (July 31st 2019), the price will increase of 20%.
